Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to us. We only accept undamaged items for return. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country. Especially with gloves, please carefully follow the size instructions.

Only the costs for returning from your address to the web store are at your own expense. These costs may vary by country. Please consult your carrier's website for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Contact us via jarnoopmeercom@gmail.com to exercise this right. We will refund the due amount within 14 days after receiving your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order. This applies to all our products.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We can only offer free replacements if they meet the following criteria:
- Items are defective, damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.
- Packages lost during transport.

International customers must provide a phone number when ordering.

**Returns to Sender**

JarnoOpmeer.com cannot be held responsible for packages returning to the sender. Customers are advised to carefully input correct shipping addresses.

Once the item is received back in our warehouse, we can repack, relabel, and resend it. However, please note that this incurs additional costs. Processing and shipping fees usually amount to half of the total order value. Therefore, be accurate when providing information.

If you believe you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately to correct the mistake.

**Cancellation Policy**

Can I cancel my order? Yes, cancellations must be reported within 12 hours of ordering. Please send us an email within 12 hours stating the reason for canceling the order.

We do not accept cancellations of orders outside this 12-hour window, as we aim to deliver the products as soon as possible, and they are often shipped within hours. You should wait to receive the product, then, if necessary, return it.

All refunds are processed within 24-48 hours before the money appears in the customer's bank account.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time for the refund to be officially processed.
