Upon successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from jarnoopmeercom@gmail.com. Additional emails will be sent regarding the shipping status and any urgent updates related to your order.

If you haven't received a confirmation email within an hour of placing your order, it may not have been successfully processed. Please check your spam folder as well.

We ship products to Europe, America, Africa, Asia, Oceania, and worldwide!

For customers in the Netherlands, VAT is included at checkout.

For international orders, you may be subject to customs fees and delivery delays.

We utilize various courier services, selecting the best based on your delivery address.

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Arrival time varies depending on your shipping address and current inventory.

You will receive an email with the tracking number for your package once it leaves our warehouse.

We may be able to assist if your order has not been dispatched, but changes are not guaranteed to be possible.

If an item doesn't suit you, you can return it within 14 days. Items must be returned in resalable condition, with original packaging and no signs of wear.

Contact us via the "Returns and Exchanges" section on the website. Without a message from you, we cannot process your return request.

You are entitled to a refund if an item is deemed unsuitable or damaged, provided a claim is made within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. Approved refund requests may take up to 10 business days.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking hasn't updated after 21 days (for domestic orders in the Netherlands) or 30 days (for international orders), please contact us at jarnoopmeercom@gmail.com.

If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will provide a replacement or full refund. Claims cannot be submitted after 90 days from the original ship date.

Pre-orders are advanced orders placed before a product is in stock, ensuring availability upon release.

Provide your email, shipping address, and card details during checkout. All communications, including your unique pre-order reference number and shipping updates, will be sent to your email.

Your payment is secure and available for a full refund before your pre-order ships.

Payment information is securely processed by Stripe. No card details are transferred to or held by Jarno Opmeer or our store. Transactions occur via SSL-secured connections.
